Davis Bacon Compliance Division

In June 2010, ABA was awarded a State Contract for ARRA Compliance Management services for the Weatherization Assistance Program by the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs. ABA will be providing Davis Bacon Act related training, technical assistance and monitoring for 27 sub-recipient agencies state-wide. The services are associated with the ARRA funded DOE grant to the State of Florida in the amount of $175.9 million dollars.

Davis-Bacon WAP Contractor Specific Training

This webinar will address the compliance requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act and Prevailing Wage regulations as they relate to Contractor, Subcontractor and Subrecipient crews. This training will focus on the following issues:
